- This is form is to request an RMA (Return to Manufacturer Authorization) number. If the request is
authorized, you will receive instructions (via email) on how to ship your item(s) to our facility for repair.
- Please be sure to fill in as much information as you can when requesting an RMA Number.
- If there are any discrepancies with your request, a member of the Tranzeo Technical Support Team will
contact you either by the email address or phone number you have supplied.
